Original wood beams and sloping ceilings reflect the inn’s 1926 Tudor Revival roots, while rich hardwood floors and stately wall coverings give every room a warm, collected feel. Traditional and contemporary furnishings meet in a classic, timeless design, finished with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates on the pillow. The modern comforts are all here too: complimentary Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, Toto Washlets and plush robes (slippers on request), with mini refrigerators and in-mirror bathroom TVs in many rooms. Every room has air conditioning, a steamer and a hairdryer. A word about the floors: they are beautiful, they are hardwood and yes, they creak. It is the sound of a 1926 inn, and most guests come to love it. Behind the old walls, efficient heating and cooling, low-flow Toto Washlets, reclaimed wood, LED lighting and low-VOC paints keep our footprint as light as our history is long. We are pet friendly!
